The flat is newly refurbished and and is fully equipped with new furniture (corner sofa, sofa bed, queen bed and mattress, all brand new and comfortable)

It has a double sofa bed (1.60 m), a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, a fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a garden. The room has Wi-Fi and a TV with Google Chromecast for streaming. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

A common garden is also available.
