Our new half-timbered house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac location and offers 85 square meters of living space and a sunny garden. The lake is steps away. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks, bike tours (100-castle bike route, Ems-Rad-Weg) or for excursions to the most livable city of Münster (27 km), to the horse stronghold of Warendorf (10 km) or to the place of pilgrimage of Telgte (10 km).

'Haus am Wald' is a newly renovated old farmhouse. Surrounded by forests and meadows it offers pure relaxation without any traffic noise. Wake up by the birds singing in the morning and watch the deer roaming through the forest. Shopping is available Lippborg (3 km) with supermarket, bakeries and several shops. Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the Prinzipalmarkt. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a room-climbing grass roof. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. One bedroom with a large double bed and four other sleeping places can accommodate up to 6 persons. Wifi is available throughout the house. Note: Pizza oven currently out of service

The newly renovated house, extending over two floors (80 m²), is located in the rear courtyard of an Art Nouveau villa, surrounded by a green area. The house, located in the Katharinen Quarter, is situated in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from the city center. The room temperature is heated to 19°C in winter due to the current situation.
