Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

"Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Additional staying quarters located in an adjacent cedar Cub House which has 4 beds, 2 lofts, and air conditioning. Cub House Closed for Season. Opens back up April 1st.

The cabin is located upstream from both Clear Creek and Cook Forest State Parks, 15 min from Loletta and next door to the Allegheny National Forest. Here you will find quiet and seclusion while staying close enough to enjoy all the recreational opportunities you love! Landline can be used by guests unable to get cell coverage.

Inspired by the Ice hotel in Sweden, the Ice suite is located in the heart of downtown Clarion, PA - minutes from I-80. The Ice suite has a private bedroom, full kitchen/living area, and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, with additional sleeping arrangements via a pull out sofa in the living room. The suite is a perfect fit for a couple, friends, or a small family. Walkable to Clarion U, restaurants, cafes, breweries, & shops. Close to Cook Forest. Free off-street parking.

Escape to Pioneer Rock Cabin, a peaceful log cabin on two private wooded acres. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching for deer, squirrels, and bears, spend the day kayaking the Allegheny River, hiking nearby trails, or exploring Franklin’s charming Victorian downtown with its shops, restaurants, and festivals. Creekside Cabin has all the modern amenities you want in a secluded location that's convenient to everything Cook Forest and the Clarion River have to offer. Check us out on FB/IG @creeksidecabin788 The cabin does not have WiFi and cell phone reception is spotty in the area. Well-behaved furry friends can stay at the cabin for a fee of $25 per pet (max 2). During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.

You can enjoy your indoor fireplace, outdoor scenery and wonderful wildlife. Go Ice Skating at the Park, Cross-Country Skiing, Hiking over 30 miles of hiking trails await you!

Cozy quiet retreat

We live upstairs in a contemporary style house built in 2000 1 new Queen sized bed Queen sized air mattress if needed upon request We will have some small snacks and drinks provided for you upon arrival . The kitchen is fully stocked with anything for your cooking or baking needs. We are a quiet living family but as we are upstairs there may be some noise. However we go to bed early 😊

Farm Getaway "Hideaway Haven Farm" experience

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There are so many things to enjoy. The friendly Highland cows, goats, chickens and barn cats there is always entertainment. You can feed the fish in the large beautiful stocked pond or just enjoy the view and sit around or take the canoe out in the water. Your own fire pit to warm up. Take a long walk around 27+ acres.
