Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Vennesla

The apartment is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood located right by the forest/hiking areas. Kristiansand/Zoo is a 30 min drive. Vennesla has a diverse offer for all ages. Several gyms, great developed hiking trails in all parts of the village, excellent fishing opportunities, bungalow, swimming pool, swimming pool and playgrounds. Vennesla also offers pleasant shopping with specialty shops/niche shops, as well as several nice cafes and eateries.

About 20 min to drive to Kristiansand, and about 30 min to Dyreparken. Beautiful hiking areas just behind the apartment. Bed linens and towels included in price. The cabin is from 2018 and has stunning views of the archipelago and open sea. Here you wake up every morning to complete silence, except for the sound of waves from the rocks below the cabin windows There is throughout a high standard in the cabin with ceiling height of 5 meters and panoramic windows facing the sea gap. Around the entire cabin there are terraces with several seating areas in the summer months that ensure sun from morning to evening.
