On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, climbing park and new park area with play equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Apartment with 3 bedrooms. A travel cot for smaller children is available at the stall. Extra bed in living room if needed. The apartment is suitable for families who want a holiday weekend, a week or just need accommodation for a night. 25 min to Dyreparken, 15 min to Åros camping with a pool and great Beach. Høllen also has a fantastic swimming beach for both young and old which is located right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park Høyt and Lavt. Also suitable for commuters if you want a furnished cozy home for a shorter period of time.

Apartment on 1st floor in older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking space behind the house. Smart TV Netflix + NRK but NOT channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 beds and one sprinkler bed on the other. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden hook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an undisturbed little south-facing terrace. If you want adrenaline rush, it is about 40 min drive to rafting and climbing park on Evje, 25 minutes to knit jump in the gorge on Øvrebø, 25 min to southern idyll at Fiskebrygga in Kr. Sand.

Welcome to our newly renovated and cozy apartment! This is a perfect place for those who want a comfortable and convenient base. The apartment is incredibly central, with only 50 meters to the bus stop. Here you live in an area with a short distance to everything you need. It is important for us that the tenant is calm and kind. No smoking/partying. And can withstand noise from us in the main house. Does this sound like you? With a unique location at the entrance to Mandal city, you can fall asleep to red evening sun, hear the rushing sea and feel the warmth of white sandy beaches. The city is a short walk away where you will find charming eateries, boutiques, museums, and cultural houses. Two parking spaces in the underground car park.
