Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre, 10min to Golf Club, 15 min to Dyreparken and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama(Badeland) and it is about 1.5km from the sea(Justvik boat harbor). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cottage (open until 23:00 man-saturday).

About 20 min to drive to Kristiansand, and about 30 min to Dyreparken. Beautiful hiking areas just behind the apartment. Bed linens and towels included in price. The house has 4 bedrooms (7, two living rooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. Other sleeping space for up to 5 people in the form of two doubles and a simple air mattress can be arranged.
