The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

Despite the pleasant feeling of nature and undisturbed location, you are about 4 kilometers away from Lindvallen's city center with everything from a new shopping area, ski slopes and adventure pools to hotels, shops and restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped with 10 beds spread over two floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with space for 10 people. Relax in this peaceful accommodation right by the water, Öjesjön. The cottage is completely newly built and is both stylish and cozy. There are two stoves, a nice sunroom, a nice kitchen with everything you need, a living room and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a large terrace, lawn, jetty, a smaller boat with electric motor and a nice place for swimming. There is one double bedroom, two beds in the loft and another two beds in the small newly-built cottage in the courtyard (without electricity).

Kläppen is the nearest of the Sälenfjällen mountain destinations offering great experiences all year around.

Welcome to a serene and quiet place in the forests of Venjan, Mora. Here you can enjoy the stillness of living in a forest in a comfortable and ecofriendly way. The cabin is located on a small hill-top with a creek below. The creek leads up to a larger lake and both are very fine fishingwaters containing pike and perch among others. There are no neighbouring houses in the vicinity.
