It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.

Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

Casa al Ponte Scudi is a luxurious apartment of about 80 sqm. Housed in an ancient 13th century Franciscan convent, it is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall, a large living room with separate kitchen, a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, two alcoves. with sofa beds and a second bathroom with a big shower. The house has 4 windows with breathtaking views of the canal, WiFi connection, AC system and details of great refinement and design.

San Tomà flat is situated on the second floor of a 18th century building. In a central area of Venice. Overlooks a canal and 2 venetian small squares ("campo", in venetian dialect). Beautiful is the view from the sitting-and dining rooms. Sunny, confortable, quiet. With a sitting room, a dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One with shower, the other one with bathtub. Both bedrooms have either a double bed (160 x 195 cm) or else two single beds.
