Arched windows and doors, and a glass floor revealing the water below add more romance. The apartment, overlooks the canal, was renovated in 2017. The spacious and comfortable apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. there are 2 large double bedrooms with canal view and 2 bathrooms (just one with a shower) But what makes the apartment unique is the living room kitchen, which overlooks the canal, you will experince a dinner looking at the gondola passing right in front of you! the living is equipped with glass floor directly over the canal. ..and you can see the water in the canal below you !! WI-FI, sofa, dining table, and kitchenette (electric burners, fridge, kettle, microwave). The quiet and bright apartment is close to the station and to public transportation, very convenient both when you arrive (by train, plane or car) or to go to Murano, Burano Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Salt, sugar, oil, coffee are already in the kitchen corner. The whole apartment is for your exclusive use! The whole apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!
