Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

My accommodation is close to Thiene, Marostica, 30 minutes from Bassano del Grappa, art and culture, magnificent panoramic views. My accommodation is located in a hillside village of medieval origins, restored in keeping with local tradition using biocompatible means. From here, you can easily reach MAROSTICA, BASSANO DEL GRAPPA and ASIAGO. It is an intimate, relaxing place with the possibility of going out on excursions both on foot and by bike in the surrounding green hills. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business trips, families (with kids) and pets.
