On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 powder rooms. The fenced pool area includes a terrace of about 70 m2 with garden furniture and deckchairs.

You will appreciate the comfort of the beds (down feather & bedlinen provided), the lounge as well as the superbly equipped kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own ensuite, plus 2 separate toilets. Big private enclosed mature garden and superb terrasse. 20-minute walk to the beach & 3 minutes to the shops. Located just 350m from the beaches of the Corniche, this villa is remarkable for its decidedly elegant style. Its decor is modern and neat. It is just as convenient with its many amenities like its heated pool, its sunny garden sheltered from the wind and looks. It is quiet from the crowds. Are unique with each of its rooms very wide open to the garden and the pool make it a pleasant house to live in. A unique experience!
