2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet, private shower room. Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

At the foot of a large pine tree on the outskirts of the Sèvre Nantaise, you will have a large accommodation (127 m2) in a completely renovated former industrial building with stunning views of the countryside. From the cottage, you can hike along the banks of the Sèvre to the Château de Barbe Bleue and then relax on the terrace while watching the sunset. Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
