Bus&Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hell mit Blick auf den Herkules & die Uni. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen, wenn auch ruhigen Lage.

In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
