Accommodation with fireplace in the castle village

Let yourself be seduced by nature and the view. The accommodation is located in the village of the ancient hamlet of Montericco di Albinea, near the medieval castle of Montericco, from which you can overlook the Po Valley. Just 2 km from the center of the village and just 15 minutes from the city center of Reggio Emilia. It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It has a covered space for bikes and motorcycles.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Recently renovated 18th century stone house. Breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the entire valley. A 3-minute drive from the village (Langhirano) with all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets). Quiet and surrounded by greenery. 20 km from Parma. Free parking. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of the main house, but it is completely independent. The parking and garden are shared with us ;) There are no other guests in the property
