Studio on the 2nd floor of a gated community with elevator in the city center, quiet street, double glazed windows, motorized shutters. Overview park and market view, shops and cinema a 1-minute walk, beaches and lake a 5-minute walk. Presence of a bicycle storage room, with two men's and women's bicycles available.
