Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Cozy cabin in the woods with sauna close to lake!

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!
