Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

The house is close to Söderåsen National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there are plenty of opportunities for short or long excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or cycling on exercise bikes. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with children, solo adventurers, couples or those on a longer trip, and need a simple overnight stay on the way.

The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.
