Farmhouse on a secluded lake plot with fantastic location! Possibility of swimming from the plot & jetty, most swimming areas nearby. Perfect location for kayaking. Nice walking paths. About 6 km to the city center. City bus stop in direct vicinity. Close to Lysingsbadet with restaurants etc. Approximately 9 km to Ekhagens Golf Course, approximately 1 hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's World. (The pool belongs to the large house, not available) The tenant is responsible for cleaning. Bed linens/towels can be rented for SEK 150/set.

Spacious apartment in cozy guest house

Welcome to our cozy guest house in beautiful Västervik! This spacious one bedroom apartment has all the facilities needed and is located in a separate building on the plot where our own villa is located. The place is quiet, but at walking distance from the town centre and the sea! Bed linen and towels are available and can be rented at a cost of SEK 100/set (1 set = sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels). If you wish to rent them, please let us know in good time. Kitchen towel and small towel in the bathroom included.

Patios in three directions, 100 meters to sea bathing and walking distance to Gränsö Castle. Ekhagen's golf course is about 2 km from the accommodation and to Västervik city center it is about 30 minutes walk. PLEASE NOTE: Bring sheets/towel or rent at a cost of 500 SEK Guests are responsible for being cleaned upon departure or buy for it upon arrival for SEK 600.

Vi hyr ut vår fina lillstuga/sjöstuga i Västervik under sommaren. Stugan ligger 2 km från centrum och 50 m till brygga där du kan bada. Stugan består av storstuga med bäddbar hörnsoffa, TV och matplats, litet kök, sovrum med 120 cm säng och en altan under tak i sydvästläge med en fantastisk utsikt över Gamlebyviken och in mot Västervik. Dusch och toalett finns. Stugan är på 40 kvm inkl. altan lämplig för 2 vuxna o 1 barn Lakan , handdukar och städning ingår ej Osäker uppkoppling av WiFi
