Welcome to Gula House in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna with about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgrens Värld and 1,5 hour to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are located upstairs together with a toilet. Downstairs is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for the family with children or larger parties!

Upstairs, there are bathrooms, two walk-through rooms and one bedroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a 90 bed in one of the walk-through rooms. On the lower level there is a double bedroom, living room, toilet, kitchen and dining room.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. Our townhouse is centrally located in the coastal town of Västervik in southern Småland. The house is located in a peaceful area. It is only about 5 minutes by bike or about 15 minutes on foot to the center. Västervik Resort with all its leisure activities can be reached on foot in just over 15 minutes.
