Relax in this quiet home and enjoy lake views and nature. Here you live in a completely newly built single storey villa with large window sections and giant sliding doors to the lake. The house has a fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open plan living room and kitchen with stunning views. In front of the house there is a terrace of about 75 m2 where part is a cozy patio under the roof. Washing machine and TV are available from May 2024. Uppsala 30 min and Heby in 15 min by car.

The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.
