Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, is this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time but even if you just want to stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi and monitor with Chromecast.

The nearest town (Köping) is about 5 km away.

Welcome to our guesthouse The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historical environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with terrain tracks for hiking, running or MTB bike outside the door. In addition to us, a dog and two cats live on the farm. In summer there is a trampoline, board games in the garden as well as a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
