The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds site, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WiFi, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

56m2 chalet with all comforts including: On the ground floor: A fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher) open to living room with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet. Upstairs: A bedroom with a 140 cm bed + cupboard, a second bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds and a 90 cm single bed + cupboard. Linen is not provided in the chalet. Cleaning at the end of the rental is the responsibility of the tenants.

It is equipped with 5 beds: 1 new sofa bed in the main room, a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed in the heated mountain corner entrance. It has a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave oven, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub, a balcony with unobstructed mountain views and not overlooked.

Petit studio aux Glovettes (Villard-de-Lans) avec sa cave à ski au niveau des pistes. Skis aux pieds en hiver et au départ de magnifiques randonnées ! Le logement n'est pas grand (15m2) mais il est super confortable pour un couple... et un enfant éventuellement (chauffeuse 60x180 disponible) Il est situé à coté (à 50m!) de la supérette et des commerces, au 5ème et dernier étage avec ascenseur (pas de voisin au dessus de vous!).
