Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Large country house 300 m2 for rent

I rent this pleasant house in the heart of Touraine. You can rest and have fun without risking disturbing the neighbors. Spacious and suitable for a large family or group of friends. Very nice for 12-17 people. 6 bedrooms and 12 beds: 5 double beds, 7 singles + 2 children's beds (BB) 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets. Towels not included! Pool: 8x5m heated from 01/06 to 15/09, submerged bike. TV, hot tub, treadmill, Flipper, foosball, bar arcade games, ping pong… and the garden.

LAST AVAILABLE FOR AUTUMN!!! The heated pool is open until October. Check the calendar! The "Villa Coco" is a beautiful renovated stone mansion of 200 m² dating back to 1800 located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, 30 min from La Rochelle and the beaches, 25 min from Niort, 1h10 from Futuroscope and 1h30 from Puy du Fou. It sleeps 12. There is a large garden, heated and sun pool all day, pétanque court and shaded areas.
