34m² apartment on the ground floor of a small quiet residence, ideal for a business or tourist stay. The accommodation has private parking space. The train station is 1.5km away, the city center with its shops and restaurants 1km away. A bus stop and a supermarket is also 200m away (free bus to Niort) The accommodation has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a mezzanine bedroom and an outdoor space.

Our cottage La Marceline, furnished in 2020, is located in a detached house facing south, open to a beautiful wooded area, in the heart of a small village. The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou Cap at the p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. A part of the independently accessible longhouse is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro vibe where you can entertain yourself with leisure games as well as relax in the veranda with unlimited access to the spas for yourself . Private pool 4x2 open on May 1 solar heating, so we cannot guarantee an exact temperature.

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.
