In this cottage on the shore of Lake Höytiäinen, you can spend your holiday by a unique lake landscape. The wood-burning sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Preparing food in an Airfryer, in the microwave, or on the terrace on a gas barbecue. Drinking water is available directly from the kitchen tap. Guests have access to the entire cottage, which includes sleeping accommodation for two, a sauna, a toilet and a small kitchen. An air-source heat pump ensures a suitable indoor temperature. 13 km to the centre. 9 km to grocery stores.

Rantamökki

Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Two-room penthouse apartment with balcony and parking space

The apartment is located in a quiet area with a grid layout. The evening sun illuminates the apartment nicely in the late afternoon; the balcony faces west. The apartment was extensively renovated in the summer of 2026, and it has fresh indoor air and good ventilation. I would like to give special mention to the apartment's kitchen. Sleeps up to 6 people: - Bedroom bed 180 cm - Living room bed 120 cm - Living room: pull-out sofa bed with a sleeping width of about 135 cm Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Villa by the pond

Fall in love with the stunning scenery surrounding this place. The villa is located on the shore of Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It is located about 17 km from the city center. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wooden sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine. The sunlight comes to the cottage all day long.

Villa Myyry villa on the shore of Pielisjoki

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Home from the last millennium

Stay in the middle of Kitee, on the corner of the square, all services are within walking distance. The house is from the 50s and the decor is from the 90s. Bedroom with double bed and living room with two 80 cm beds. Extra bed option for two with 10cm mattresses. The kitchen is retro with modern appliances, however. Toilet small but clean and tidy. The shower facilities are downstairs, shared with another apartment, lockable door. Marimekko's cotton bed linen and towels are washed with unscented detergent and ironed.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

High quality renovated (100 square meter) stunning house 15 meters from the sandy beach of Kuorinka. The house is peacefully located about one kilometer from the public road. The beach is shallow and sandy, water is extremely clear. The house has two spacious bedrooms, a livingroom-kitchen, a large utility room, shower, sauna and separate WC. The living room offers a fabulous view to the lake. The house is surrounded by a large terrace. In the yard is an outdoor sauna and a campfire.

Although the small, modern and stylish sauna cabin is part of our residential courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful views here. There are great fishing opportunities in the water. In addition, the location is ideal for remote working! Lahti beach is shallow and well suited for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Motorboat available for rent for fishing. Bring your own linens and towels.

Welcome to a unique boat house by a clear water lake! The boat house is equipped with modern appliances. Long deck by the water, summer kitchen, balcony on top of water, rowing boat, wood-fired sauna - all this is waiting for you in Ukonniemi. Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!

Relax with your friends or family in this pittoresque Finnish cottage with a sauna. There is also a rowing boat free to use and to fish. In the hammock you can have a good nap in the sunshine. There is a big patio to have a grill feast and enjoy summer. Great routes for hiking and mointain biking. If you want I can arrange a tub for your stay for extra cost. Please ask for availability.

Relax in the soft steam of the SAUNA in a row house that was renovated in 2022. In the bedrooms, you'll find ready-pedated beds for a towel. One bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed and the other has 2 beds 90cm wide. Extra beds can be provided if needed. The kitchen is well equipped. You'll find a smart TV in the living room. Coffee, tea and final cleaning are included in the price!
