The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Möllevången is an attractive area with a wide range of restaurants, cafés and shops. Popular Folkets Park offers fun, nice walking paths and playground for children all year round. Good communications via Triangeln and Södervärn, it is easy to reach Malmö City, nearby towns and Copenhagen! Here you will find a generous ceiling height, beautiful older details, large windows and lovely light. In the kitchen, there is a smaller dining area, stove, oven, fridge/freezer and fan. Bathroom has a shower corner, toilet and sink.
