On the ground floor is the living room with cozy sofa corner for relaxing, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and sun loungers. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is like new and ready for you.

The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is enclosed and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.
