Viljandi Castle Ruins is a 10-minute walk away. There are 4 apartments in the house and the neighbours need to be considered as well. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. To the rear of the house is the garden, barbecue corner and lounge nook which are shared. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m from the house). Domestic animals welcome.

Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Perfect for one family or close friends; ideal for 2 persons, fine for 4 plus an infant sleeping in baby cot. Viljandi is known for its colorful old wooden houses and fairy tale like vibe and this apartment allows you to have the full experience of what Viljandi has to offer. The spacious two bedroom apartment has renovated original wooden floors, light overall interior and lots of colors. The apartment is located next to Valuoja park (valley) and has a great view on the park. The location is peaceful and quite, but at the same time walking distance away from everything.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

I offer a home stay for Viljandi enthusiasts. The apartment is perfect for two, but can also accommodate more sleepers with the sofa. To visit cafes in the city center, all you have to do is go up the hill on Tartu Street. Who doesn't want to climb the mountain will find even better sports conditions nearby - you can head almost straight out of bed to the health trail that goes around the lake! In addition, there are padel and tennis courts etc. close by.
