When it was first spotted this old Umbrian cowshed had stood derelict for over 40 years and was in desperate need of some TLC. Now, newly completed (summer 2022) this traditional rural building has been lovingly restored by the owner architect, who with the help of amazing local craftsmen has sensitively combined the best of contemporary design with traditional restoration work. Large apartment on the mezzanine floor of an old farmhouse, rustic and cozy. You'll have the entire property at your exclusive disposal. It is located in a very quiet residential area, a stone's throw from the Passignano lakefront and the main services. In the house, you will find every possible comfort. We have also thought of younger guests and four-legged friends. There are three comfortable bedrooms and in the living room a sofa bed for two. Super-equipped kitchen!
