On autumn/winter days you will be captivated by the colors of the forest On the hills of Parma in the middle of the food valley, you will be surrounded by small producers of cheeses, delicious cold cuts, castles, theaters, and you can also reach the Cinque Terre, Modena, Bologna in an hour and a half by car.

a place of peace and relaxation

The house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to always stay cool throughout the summer. The kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard, where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located at the front of the house, and there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a small yellow house that I own but do not live in.

It has a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro Valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by woods of chestnut trees and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
