House with pool in the hills of Parma

House that sleeps 8. 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Open-plan kitchen, beautiful living area with indoor garden and fireplace, ideal for groups of friends or families. On autumn/winter days you will be captivated by the colors of the forest On the hills of Parma in the middle of the food valley, you will be surrounded by small producers of cheeses, delicious cold cuts, castles, theaters, and you can also reach the Cinque Terre, Modena, Bologna in an hour and a half by car.

Ca’ Vecia

Ca' Vecia is a charming studio apartment located on the ground floor, nestled among the houses of the ancient village of Masereto, popular for its ovens, with an entrance on the main staircase. The house has been recently renovated. From the front door you enter the living room, which is nicely and carefully furnished, and the kitchenette. Very comfortable sofa bed, TV, dining table and bathroom with shower. Outside in front of the entrance, there is a small living room with a coffee table and chairs.

The house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to always stay cool throughout the summer. The kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard, where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located at the front of the house, and there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a small yellow house that I own but do not live in.

A spacious 3-double bedroom apartment in a quiet leafy avenue, 5 minutes walk to Bardi town centre with its shops and amenities. The apartment offers a large fully-fitted kitchen with a breakfast table and its own balcony. The large living room offers a seating area and a dining area. There are three double bedrooms one of which has its own balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery. There is a large family bathroom and a separate WC and laundry room. Free on-street parking.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
