A cosy and peaceful new two-room apartment in a great location in the city centre. 400 m to Vaasa railway station, 600 m to the city centre, 350 m to the nearest grocery store. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, which is best suited for one adult/two children, as well as an open-plan kitchen with dishes and a conservatory that functions as a balcony. In addition, there is a rowboat that you can use to visit the village's public sandy beach on the other side of the strait. Small village shop 3 km away and larger Sale 12 km away. Note, a major renovation was carried out on the upper floor of the villa in the spring of 2021! Bed linen and towels can be rented for 5€/person
