The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one guest room with two beds, both quite comfortable, a living room and an equipped kitchen. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, pharmacies and the bus stop. The area is quiet and safe. I am 3 kilometers from the university and 6 kilometers from Archena, where there is one of the best spas in Spain

This accommodation is a haven of tranquility: relax with the whole family! The house is located next to the orchard where you can walk and ride a bike enjoying the surroundings. 2 minutes away is downtown Las Torres de Cotillas, where you have all the services. 500 meters away there is a large supermarket, a restaurant, a cafeteria and even a gas station, so you don't miss anything. The apartment is a few minutes from Murcia and about 40 minutes from the beaches.

New addition of two air-conditioned rooms (living room and double room). It is a completely renovated floor, with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two 90cm single beds. We have WiFi, Wii, TV, a full kitchen but no oven. Separate bathroom on the same floor and underfloor heating throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be common or independent to the liking of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue.

It is a very simple village house, made with a lot of pampering, with very natural and simple materials. It is a very comfortable and practical house, with a lovely little patio downstairs as well as another sunny terrace upstairs. It has three bedrooms, one of them in a passage area with a bunk bed with 2 beds, a room with a double bed, and another single room.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
