Vivienda con un aspecto limpio y muy acogedor, en una ubicación privilegiada, en el valle de Ricote, a tan solo 2 minutos en coche del pueblo de Blanca y todos los servicios. Todas las comodidades en una sola planta, con salon comedor, cocina, 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Vistas maravillosas a la montaña y exterior con piscina privada, BBQ y porche para disfrute al exterior. Parking privado y calefacción por radiadores.

Private plant in Archena/near spa.

New addition of two air-conditioned areas (living room and double room). It is a completely renovated plant,with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two single beds of 90cm. We have wifi,Wii,TV, a full kitchen but no oven. Independent bathroom on the same floor and underfloor heating throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be shared or independent, at the discretion of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue.
