Quiet and relaxing time by the lake

Welcome to enjoy a peaceful stay at Saraaves in Laukaa. You have access to Ranta Villa 35m2, which includes sleeping areas for four, a traditional Finnish wood-burning sauna and an outdoor hot tub, which is included in the price. The large terrace has a summer kitchen. From the dock you can take a dip in the water and in winter there is an ice hole at the end of the dock for the more adventurous swimmers. The place is best suited for couples, friends or families with children (1-2 children). The Beach Villa is located on the beach near the main house, yet in its own peace.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. Fairy tales on the forest lake

A typical Finnish cottage (55.8 sq.m) was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2014, preserving the authentic atmosphere. The nearest shop or gas station is 25 kilometers away. We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.

The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

A newly built beach with a sandy bottom and a renovated beach sauna with a tub can also be found on the beach. The place is located in Kärkkäälä, on the shore of the lake. On the borders of Hankasalmi and Konneves. Jyväskylä is about 70 km away, Kuopio 120 km. Hankasalmi is about 25 km away and Konnevesi center is about 15 km away.
