Studio indépendant dans la cour du propriétaire, situé au rdc plain pied avec accès par une terrasse, chambre fonctionnelle avec salle d'eau, douche à l'italienne et wc, à côté séparée par une porte une cuisine pour concocter un repas..si vous souhaitez...ou alors dans le village il y a trois restaurants, une boulangerie, une pharmacie, un dentiste, deux médecins, des artisans ambulants.... Valff est située au pied du mont sainte-Odile tout prêt d'Obernai, et à côté de la route des vins....

BEAUTIFUL 36 M2 studio, close to the city center. The accommodation is on the ground floor, quiet in an inner courtyard, with a private covered terrace in high season. It can accommodate 2–3 guests as the sofa converts to a single bed. New 160 × 200 bedding from 2024. Parking space (4.4 m maximum length) in the inner courtyard. Closed bike storage upon request. Strasbourg is 25 minutes by car or train. A train stop is located in front of Strasbourg airport.

This beautiful 55 m2 apartment, completely renovated in a cocooning spirit, is ideally located in the city center of Molsheim, at the beginning of the Wine Route. If you want to reconnect with nature, you can access several vineyard and forest paths or simply take walks on the bike paths. At the entrance to the city you will find a large complex of games, shops and restaurants (bowling-cinema-mini golf...) Molsheim is the balance between nature and culture.

Lovely apartment with big private terrace.

Located in a small village in central Alsace, 30 minutes from Strasbourg and Colmar. Close to Europa Park, the new video games museum, Christmas markets, the wine trail, gourmet markets etc. The apartment is 80m2 and is part of a large typically Alsatian house. It has its private entrance and its private terrace. You also have access to the garden. Possibility to accommodate max 6 people. Perfect for a quiet holiday close to things to do to satisfy all ages!

5 km from the Obernai site, ideally located on the wine route between Strasbourg and Colmar and close to the main tourist sites of central Alsace, we offer a modern 38 m2 studio adjoining the owners' main house with its independent entrance and private parking space. A small outdoor garden equipped with two deckchairs, a table and two armchairs completes the accommodation. The accommodation is located 300m from a U hypermarket with electric charging stations.
