Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a paid electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

La Corte di Lu is a beautiful country house, surrounded by the hills and woods of Asti. We renovated the house respecting its original features, and now it is ready to welcome families and groups of friends. The house is big enough for everyone to have their space and comes with great gathering areas. It is conveniently located - shops and sights are all within easy access - and the towns of Asti, Rocca d'Arazzo, Agliano and Canelli are only a few kilometers away.

Pian del Mund is a small village located at 640 m., nestled in the green hills of Alta Langa among woods, hazelnuts and small vineyards that overlook the Alps, dominated by Monviso. From here you can set off on foot or by bike along one of the stretches of the ancient Via del Sale that runs along the ridge beside the farm campsite, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Langhe that change with the seasons. Villa completamente indipendente immersa nelle colline del Monferrato, con grande giardino privato recintato e panorama aperto sui vigneti. Le serate rinfrescano naturalmente con la brezza delle colline, e la villa è dotata di ventilatori in ogni stanza per il massimo comfort nelle ore più calde. The house, equipped with a swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley. It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have exclusive access to the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is also my property and is closed during the guests' stay. I chose to have few guests to ensure more peace of mind for them and me.
