Large, fenced-in private garden with areas shaded by olive trees and open spaces in the sun, a patio for outdoor dining, and an outdoor sitting area surrounded by greenery. The house stays cool even in summer thanks to the thick walls. The interior is finished with quality materials – marble, granite, and natural wood – and carefully selected furnishings to provide comfort, relaxation, and privacy.

On the hills surrounding Asti, just 3 minutes from the city center and just a quarter of an hour from the Langhe you will find “ Villa Belvedere”. It is situated on the top of the hill in a green acacia woods. The house is composed by a large living room with an old billiards, a fully equipped kitchen ,three bedrooms, two communicating with a large bathroom with shower and hydro massage and the third with a private bathroom and a patio.
