Charming and cozy Apartment in the best location of The City Center

Beautiful 50m2 apartment on the third floor without elevator of a historic and protected building. With high ceilings and large windows that allow to be a floor of lots of light, it is composed of a spacious living room and integrated kitchen, completely open. In the living room you will find the TV with Netflix and WIFI, ideal to disconnect after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine), if you prefer to eat at home. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a toaster, capsule coffee maker, juicer, and kettle. A large bedroom with a double bed (135cmx190cm) and its large bathroom with shower and with everything you need, such as a set of towels, hair dryer, shampoo and bath gel. A travel crib is available at no additional cost upon request. The building does not have common areas. We welcome our guests personally, we love to welcome and give details about the apartment as well as about the city. We want you to feel at home! We'll be happy to advise and resolve any issues before and during your stay. Once you are our guests, we will be available as needed. Located in the historic center of Valencia, a few meters from most of the most relevant and tourist sites in the city, such as Plaza de La Virgen (350m), Plaza de La Reina (210m), the Cathedral (200m), La Lonja de la Seda and Central Market (200m). You will live in the heart of Valencia, full of life and movement, you can enjoy the charm of the city, its streets, its monuments and its cheerful life. The magnificent location allows us to be well connected, all transports pass through the Plaza de La Reina where they take us for example to the City of Sciences and Arts or to the beach of Valencia. Walking or cycling is a great option, as everything is close to the floor. If you come by car, just 200m away is the public parking of La Plaza de la Reina, in the heart of the city. Quiet and at the same time you will find all the vitality of the city. We will be happy to advise you.

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.
