Ideal for a stay for families or friends, it will offer you an exceptional setting, nestled in the heart of nature with a breathtaking view of the Eyrieux Valley. Its peaceful setting and amenities will ensure you have a nice stay. The pool is usable from May until late September.

Maison agréable et lumineuse. A l'étage 3 chambres équipées de lit double dont une chambre parentale de 15 M2, la pièce de vie fait 61 M2,la salle de bain est équipée d'une douche ,d'une baignoire et deux 2 vasques et fait 9M2.Clim dans la pièce de vie 7 min du péage autoroutier de valence sud, 2 km de la gare valence ville. Quartier résidentiel.Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées. je n'accepte pas les animaux Lit parapluie et chaises hautes sur demande.

Large cozy house at the foot of the Vercors

Spacious and completely renovated house, perfect for vacation or remote work. At the foot of Vercors, at the start of the "Grands Goulets" 30 minutes from Villard-de-lans. Large bright living room. The house has three spacious bedrooms. Outside, you will discover a beautiful thatch-type terrace, ideal for enjoying beautiful sunny days. Places to visit are possible on foot from the house such as the white and green waterfalls and the small gullies.

Modern 95 m2 house in a small village of the Drome des Collines. Close to St Donat sur l'Herbasse (2 min) and Romans (20 min), Valence (25 min), Lyon (50 min). This recent 2019 construction is modern and welcoming. Large house composed of two apartments. The one we rent is on the ground floor (about 110 m2), and ours is in the other part of the house, on the first floor. The rental apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, plus another room with 120 bed and 1 90 bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a large living/kitchen area, a 40 m2 veranda, a wooded park with large 5X10 pool. Sunbathing with cushions and gas barbecue available.
