Tavernetta del Chioso | 45 m² ground floor

Welcome to the Tavernetta del Chioso: 45m² on the ground floor all to yourself. Warm and welcoming environment, ideal for couples or small groups looking for relaxation. Brick arches, wooden beams, and stone walls create an intimate, rustic atmosphere. Immersed in the charm of the Biellesi Prealps, it is the ideal starting point for excursions or cultural visits. In front you can find Villa Era and 5 minutes away is the Ricetto di Candelo. Not far from La Burcina Park, the Sanctuary of Oropa and the Zegna Oasis.

Casa Biloba

The independent accommodation is located in the renovated farmhouse annexed to a manor house from 1882. It consists of a large room of about 50 square meters in which there is a double bed and two sofa beds (one square and one square and a half), a space dedicated to working from home and a dining table; a kitchen, a bathroom and a dressing area equipped with a shower. The accommodation is enhanced by a large patio in front of a fenced garden and furnished with a table for 10 people and a sitting area.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Renovated Walzer house 15 mins by car from Alagna

Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

Nearby, you will find Villa La Malpenga, Villa Era and Ricetto di Candelo. Not far away you can visit sites of interest, such as the Piazzo, the La Burcina park and the Sanctuary of Oropa.

Federica has created a PRIVATE area immersed in the tranquility of nature, ideal for unwinding. You'll find the Skyroom, a tiny house with windows overlooking the lake, complete with a retractable transparent roof for admiring the sky. There's also a gazebo with a table and loungers, and a fully equipped bathroom, all for the exclusive use of the skyroom. A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi

Flat in the heart of nature - Peace & Relax

Our flat is located in a hamlet of the nearby village, just 8km from Biella. It is part of a renewed farmstead, right in the middle of woods and meadows. The flat is on the ground floor and has its own entrance (separated from the rest of the house). In front of the flat there is a courtyard, with a gazebo and barbecue, where our dog lives (she is very friendly). In the morning you might be awoken by the rooster and hens singing.

75 sqm attic apartment in a villa with 2 other independent apartments. Private location, but central to the Biella area. Free parking. A 5-minute drive from the city, the Gli Orsi shopping center, the Ricetto di Candelo and the Hospital while remaining in a very quiet and hospitable residential area. We have a double bedroom and a bedroom with a large single sofa bed. Also ideal for business trips of a few days. No parties.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
