In a village on the outskirts of the Mercantour, this studette is on the garden floor of a 19thcentury home with period murals. This vaulted and bright space measures 15 m2. It consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a 140X190 bed, a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a ragpicker and a shower room with toilet. A bike shelter is for the use of the guests. There is an adjoining garden shared with the other tenants for relaxation and mountain views.

Charming little family barn

Charming 2 rooms on the ground floor with terrace and barbecue. Private access is just above the village square where you can park for free. There is an equipped kitchen, raclette and fondue services for friendly meals. A breakfast area with coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A sitting area to warm up near the pellet stove, books and board games. We will be happy to host you on the day of your arrival.

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. This is where the milk was made into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was established. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Lovely studio flat La Colmiane

Equipped ground floor studio with a quick access from a free car parking. You will find a comfortable sofa-bed easy to unfold and fold up. Also a overlaid bed 90 x 190 cm. The kitchen is equipped by a washing machine, induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom is all brend new with a large shower and towel warmer. The toilets are separated.

The apartment ,Ground floor of the chalet,is located in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.La Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live on site and therefore am very available to guests.
