Our new holiday home Una is waiting for you! It offers you plenty of peace and relaxation on 120m2 of barrier-free living space with private pool of over 53m2 size. At your disposal are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double bed and one with bathroom and one with two single beds. In total, there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bath and each with shower. We are happy to provide a highchair and travel bed, of course free of charge.

Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).

Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Es ist eine geräumige familienfreundliche Wohnung mit sozusagen drei Schlafzimmern, das Zimmer mit zwei Betten ist ein Anschluss Zimmer neben dem Schlafzimmer mit dem Bad. Es steht noch ein Schlafzimmer mit Babybettchen, das Bad ist nebenan. Ebenfalls ist noch ein Wohnzimmer und Essbereich, sowie eine Küche vorhanden.
