Beautiful natural area close to the beach and harbor, 20 km from Copenhagen, which can be easily reached easily by car or public transport. In 30 minutes, you can visit the Louisana Museum, Frederiksborg Castle, the Karen Blixen Museum and Kronborg. There is also the possibility of golf at the local Søllerød Golf Club, which is 500 meters from the home. Shopping and good restaurants are nearby. Two cats, Helmer and Elvis, live in the house.

Beautiful and well-maintained annex in scenic surroundings

Welcome to our little annex from 1812. The annex is a nice home kept in a relaxed style. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workspace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Lovely double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a nice big corner sofa and fireplace. The living room is located up an inhabited room, which is not part of the rental.

Private annex near lake / close to Copenhagen

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
