The accommodation is located on a quiet street close to the lake. Here you live a quiet and scenic life with Gothenburg nearby. To Gothenburg, you can go by car or bus in 20 minutes. Hpl Liseberg. From Liseberg, you can reach Rondo, Scandinavium and Ullevi within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Running tracks, hiking trails, and swimming can be found 200 meters from the house. Golf and large shopping center within 5 minutes. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples or friends. Electric vehicle charging is available (extra cost will be added).

Villa with beach property, private jetty. In the middle of nature

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, biking, swimming in lots. If you get cold, there is a hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it takes 20 minutes to Gothenburg. Sup and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Here you wake up to birds chirping, eat breakfast on one of the terraces or bring the breakfast tray to the garden. Maybe you take a morning walk together around Vimmersjön, a round of 4.5 km in an idyllic rural setting. If you are interested in disc golf, this accommodation is ideal as the course is only 5 minutes away by car. During the month of December, the house is Christmas decorated and is waiting to receive you for a cozy winter stay at Christmas time.

House from the 20th century with modern and stylish interior. Close to communication and bathing. Parking with space for three cars. All practical as you can imagine. 170 sq.m. that are cleverly utilized. Stylishly decorated that gives a snug feel. Sea view and close to nature with nice paths among rocks and playgrounds for children. Garden that allows playing and barbecuing with associated patios and balcony. An open fireplace that provides warmth and tranquility during colder periods, perfect for relaxing.

YOU WILL ARRIVE TO FRESHLY MADE BED BEDS WITH TOWELS. There is toilet paper, coffee filters, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. A stack of wood by the stove and inside the sauna and as an extra luxury, there is a canoe and a rowboat. ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy at Ifiske, search for fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can purchase cleaning for SEK 3000

Rural location by a nice swimming lake with fishing opportunities

Nice house by the lake Lygnern. Peaceful and close to nature. Two bedrooms, one with a single bed (140cm), the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed (140cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (150 cm), i.e. 6-8 sleeping places upstairs. In the lower level there are two 90 cm beds and two folding beds, i.e. 4 extra sleeping places. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, freeze. Extra freezer. Bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating. Extra WC. Sauna.
