On the lower floor is the guest room with 2 single beds (either separate or put together), a working desk and a big closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washing and drying machine are available for private use and 2 parking spots.

This cozy apartment is especially suitable for two couples who want to stay together. In the cozy Arvenstube with a large table for 8 people, I have installed a modern gastronomic kitchen and equipped it with two refrigerators. Thus, each of the two double rooms has its own bathroom and in the shared and well-equipped eat-in kitchen (Arven room) it has its own refrigerator for each of the rooms. The whole place is in the middle of a beautiful garden.
