The 60 m2 south facing terrace maximizes all-day sunshine and offers a partial lake view. Kusnacht, a prime suburb of Zurich, is perfect area for families for access to nature and to the city.

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.
