Luxurious bungalow with a pleasant climate in winter and summer. The house is located at the transition from the Szczecin Lagoon to the Peene. Stepping out the front door offers a magnificent view of the Karniner Lotsenturm, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. It's wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and from the main bedroom you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather permits, you will experience an incredible starry sky.

"Island House" - Usedom Island

My small house is located in the popular Baltic seaside resort of Ückeritz. It is furnished with a kitchen-living room, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower. Bed linen is provided, please bring towels. A small garden is available on the premises. A final cleaning fee of €20 will be charged. In about 5 minutes' walk you will reach the Achterwasser and in about 20 minutes' walk to the Baltic Sea beach. A very good cultural and gastronomic offer awaits you in the Baltic Sea resort.

Located directly at the Friedensberg spa park, quiet and idyllic. The main beach with dog beach, numerous restaurants and the Treppenbäcker are very close. It is only 150 meters to the children's playground. The EDEKA market is 1.3 km away. Aldi, Lidl & Co. can be reached in a few minutes by car or you can use the Bäderbahn, free of charge with the spa card. The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The accommodation is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for toddlers as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
