Since this apartment is to remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing pets and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Note: The apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via stairs.

The stairwell is just for access; you can enjoy the spacious floor upstairs all to yourself. Free parking.
