We are young retirees and offer an apartment in a semi-detached Basque house with a covered terrace, garden, garage and private parking. For 6 guests, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. The village of Urcuit offers a supermarket, gas station, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, bar, and a fitness trail along the Adour. Bayonne is located 10-12 minutes from the village, about 20 minutes from the beaches of Anglet and 30 minutes from Biarritz. We have also installed air conditioning.

Our house is conveniently located in the municipality of URCUIT, quiet and close to Spain, only 30 minutes away! Very close to the beautiful beaches of Biarritz and Anglet (20 minutes). The authentic and preserved Basque Country is a paradise for cycling and mountain hiking. It is also inhabited by small villages (some classified among the most beautiful in France): Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, Sare, Espelette, … We hope you enjoy your stay in the Basque Country!

The Ibarrondoa gîte is a beautiful 150 m2 bright gîte completely refurbished in the old barn of a traditional Basque farm. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to a large bright living room with its large family table and comfortable living room, in a decor combining antique furniture and modern comfort. A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.

Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.
