The apartment is located in the Presidente Building. It is an apartment with sea and beach view, very bright, modern and fully equipped with brand new furniture and beds. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofacama in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. It has a swimming pool. In the basses it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Millor is a family and quiet. It has one of the best beaches on the Island.

This apartment is the closest to the sea and is by the sand with direct access to the pool and the beach. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. Ca´n Picafort Sea Breeze.

El apartamento esta muy iluminado ya que hace esquina , teniendo ventanas en todas las habitaciones y un acceso a la terraza donde pueden sentarse tranquilamente a tomar algo. Recien reformado consta de todo lo necesario de cocina, aire acondicionado frio/calor,secador de toallas en el baño, lavadora,secadora,lavavajillas, plancha, secador de pelo.
