Welcome to our newly built guest home “Ladan”. A living in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from E4 that takes you to Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 m from the accommodation, bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days you can go steam locomotive to the city with the Lennakatten museum road. The guest house sits on the fringes of Gunsta communities near nature. In the area, there are nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or do some shopping.

Lovely, well planned apartment of 25 square meters in detached house in the yard. It has all the amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine as well as sleeping alcove with 1st Queen-Size double bed (160cm). Private patio where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Detached guest house of about 20 sqm with fully equipped kitchen in addition to oven and dishwasher. Large sofa bed with room for two people and the possibility to choose for a crib or an air mattress at no extra cost. The house has a large veranda with lake view and is located about 3 min walk from shallow sandy beach and beautiful woodland right next door. Next to the beach there is a jetty with sailboat depth and guest area. There is a barbecue and two bicycles available for use at no additional cost.

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

Observera att boendet saknar starkström och dusch, men är beläget vid en källsjö med rent och friskt vatten som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Stugan drivs enbart av 12-volts el för enklare belysning, vilket innebär begränsad elektrisk kapacitet. Det finns dock möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag. Följande tillgångar: Ved till bastu Dricksvatten i dunk Sängkläder (gäster får gärna ta med egna om önskas) Utedass Liten grill Roddbåt Kanot Boendet är lämpat till max 2 personer.
