Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge that has a freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

The ceiling is low, so here you have to embrace your inner cat and crawl in gently towards the mattresses 😊 Cosy, charming and not for anyone who wants to lie fully stretched out in bed 😉 Bed linens, towels are included.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You stay in our glamping/dome tent with space for two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hob in the tent. You are soothed by the lapping of the waves, which lulls you to sleep. You have access to a toilet and shower near the tent. "I'll just say one thing: BOOK! We are incredibly happy that we got to spend a weekend in Eva's cabin. The idyllic cottage and the beautiful surroundings topped all our expectations! We grilled, played games, saunaed and winter-bathed in the dark. A maaaaaagic weekend! It felt extra luxurious to crawl into freshly made beds and that there were bathrobes and slippers that we could borrow. We will be happy to come back!" In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km away. Outside the cottage you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove is available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full of toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about 40 minutes drive . Easier Livs about 5 km away.

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.
